Biography:
I have an established track record of working with a wide range of organisations to ensure that inclusion is at the heart of what they do and how they do it. I was on the Board of POhWER some 10 years ago and am in awe of its journey since then.
I have run my own training and consultancy company for 5 years and I also helped to set up Hertfordshire's Personal Assistant Support Scheme (HertsPASS) before setting up one of the UK's first in-house support schemes at Staffordshire University.
